Welcome to Panchobon Art Resort. To ensure a comfortable and memorable stay for all our guests, we kindly request your cooperation in following these rules and regulations. By confirming a reservation or staying at our resort, you agree to abide by the following terms:

Guest Conduct

Guests must maintain peace and harmony during their stay. Disturbing other guests is strictly prohibited.
Excessive noise, quarreling, cursing, or any disruptive/immodest behavior will result in immediate eviction without refund.
The resort reserves the right to cancel bookings and refuse further hospitality for non-compliance. Legal action may be taken if required.

Artwork Damage Policy

Panchobon is an art resort, featuring curated sculptures, paintings, and murals.
Guests are fully responsible for any damage to artworks or property and must cover repair or replacement costs.

Prohibited Items

Explosives, weapons, inflammable substances, and dangerous chemicals are strictly forbidden.
Violation will lead to immediate eviction without refund and possible legal action.

Visitor Policy

Only registered guests may access rooms.
Visitors are welcome in designated common areas and must leave the premises by 10:30 PM.
Outside performers (Baul/folk artists) are subject to the same rule.
Visitor vehicles are not permitted inside the premises.

Cancellation Policy

Festive Periods & Special Occasions: No cancellation or refund will be allowed..
Other Times:

Check-In

Full payment of house rent is required upon check-in.
Guests must present valid government-issued photo ID, residence proof, and age proof.
One photocopy of each guest’s document will be taken and kept by the resort for office records. These copies will not be returned.

Food & Beverage Policy

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Any such items found will be removed by resort management.

Dining Schedule

Breakfast: 9:00 – 10:00 AM (service closes by 10:00 AM)
Lunch: 12:30 – 2:30 PM (dining closes by 3:00 PM)
Dinner: 9:00 – 11:00 PM (dining closes by 11:30 PM)

Departure

Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Delayed check-out may result in charges for the following day.
Early departures should be informed to Reception by 10:30 PM the night before.

Age Restrictions

Bookings cannot be made by guests under 18 years of age unless accompanied by parents.

Parking & Vehicles

Parking is available but the resort does not assume responsibility for theft/damage.
Car washing is not permitted on the premises.

Payment Methods

Accepted: UPI & Cash only.
Debit/Credit cards are not accepted.

Alcohol & Smoking

Alcohol consumption is allowed only inside guest rooms.
Resort management does not sell or provide alcohol.

Generator Usage

A backup generator supports lights and fans only during power cuts.
Air conditioning will not function on generator power.

Air Conditioning Policy

If an A/C unit cannot be repaired during your stay, 20% of house rent will be deducted from the final bill.

Pets

Pets are welcome but must use designated areas for their needs.
Owners must clean up after their pets. Failure to do so will incur additional cleaning charges.
